These terms and conditions provide detailed information for patients considering cosmetic and medical skin procedures with Bespoke by Dr Bejma

CONSULTATIONS & BOOKINGS

Consultation fees are as follows:

Consultations are £50, which are non-refundable. This includes a bespoke treatment plan Bespoke by Dr Bejma.

Please provide all medical history asked during the consultation. Bespoke by Dr Bejma will not be liable for damages incurred as a result of withheld information or failure to follow aftercare

PRICING

Bespoke by Dr Bejma reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices are subject to consultation and may vary depending on the individual’s requirements.

Any price quoted in your consultation will then take precedence over prices that may be quoted on this website or elsewhere.

The correction of previous procedures or treatments not performed by Bespoke by Dr Bejma

Additional treatments that are deemed above and beyond what was discussed at the initial consultation and price structure

Additional prescriptions for pharmacy related medication

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept cash and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards. We do not accept cheques. Payment must be made either in advance or at the time of the procedure. All card details are stored securely off-site using Dojo in accordance with PCI compliance regulations.

PERSONAL DETAILS

You agree that Bespoke by Dr Bejma can use your personal details for the purposes of providing you with medical services as well as providing pre- and post-treatment advice for you.

This information may be provided to other clinical organisations and individuals (including your GP or Consultant or other relevant healthcare professionals) for the same purposes but only in connection with ongoing medical care.

We may also use your contact details to provide you with occasional information about other services we provide or may provide in the future. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell us. If you do not tell us, we will assume you are happy to receive this information.

REFUSAL OF TREATMENTS

There are several reasons that we may consider that a treatment is not a suitable option for an individual and Bespoke by Dr Bejma has a strict patient selection criteria to ensure patients are medically fit to undergo a particular treatment. It is therefore possible that we advise, in your best medical interests, that a treatment is not appropriate. We will also not proceed with a procedure if we feel that your expectations exceed the results achievable from such treatments.

REFUND POLICY

If you are unable to complete a course of treatment due to medical reasons we would need to see a letter from the Doctor giving the reasons you cannot continue with treatment to consider a partial refund. We would not consider any refunds at all after 6 months from the purchase date.

For any refunds there will be an admin fee of £50.

Bespoke by Dr Bejma does not give refunds for any products purchased or discounted packages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do understand if clients are unwell or have other commitments, but please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to rearrange an appointment. We reserve the right to charge for non-attendance or where cancellation is shorter than our policy. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

For all appointments we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy with a fee of £50

For clients on a course of treatment who arrive late or fail to attend an appointment more than once or cancel outside of the cancellation policy time we reserve the right to deduct a course session from the client

We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients.   Beautiful clinic, lovely staff, Agi carried out my 4th Morpheus8 face and neck session today, I had 3 sessions 4 weeks apart over 18months ago and this was a little top up, Agi was so lovely, she made sure I was comfortable the whole time and talked me through it, the stronger numbing cream used beforehand and the cooling device made it completely bearable, can’t wait to see the results, really lifted and tightened my skin on my previous sessions.   This clinic is absolutely fantastic, have had treatments done by Dr Bejma and have always been delighted with the results. Friendly, informative and always put you at ease.   Having entered the last year of my 30s, I recently decided to take the plunge, and booked a Hydrafacial at Dr Bejma Medical Clinic, Leeds. Being the typical guy, previously my skin care routine consisted of soap and a quick rinse twice day.
My initial apprehension and nervousness was soon put to rest. The patient care from booking, to treatment, through to after care and advice (much needed) was first outstanding. All staff were highly knowledge and quick to put my mind at ease.
