This includes a bespoke treatment plan Bespoke by Dr Bejma.<\/p>\n<p>Please provide all medical history asked during the consultation. Bespoke by Dr Bejma will not be liable for damages incurred as a result of withheld information or failure to follow aftercare<\/p>\n<h3>PRICING<\/h3>\n<p>Bespoke by Dr Bejma reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices are subject to consultation and may vary depending on the individual\u2019s requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Any price quoted in your consultation will then take precedence over prices that may be quoted on this website or elsewhere.<br \/>\nPlease click book consultation and this will take you to prices list.<\/p>\n<h3>OUR TREATMENT PRICES INCLUDE (AS APPLICABLE)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Procedure room fees\/charges<\/li>\n<li>Consultation and procedure fee<\/li>\n<li>Anaesthetic, dressings as needed<\/li>\n<li>Follow up as required according to the clinical indication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>OUR FEES EXCLUDE (AS APPROPRIATE)<\/h3>\n<p>The correction of previous procedures or treatments not performed by Bespoke by Dr Bejma<\/p>\n<p>Additional treatments that are deemed above and beyond what was discussed at the initial consultation and price structure<\/p>\n<p>Additional prescriptions for pharmacy related medication<\/p>\n<h3>PAYMENT TERMS<\/h3>\n<p>We accept cash and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards. We do not accept cheques. Payment must be made either in advance or at the time of the procedure. All card details are stored securely off-site using Dojo in accordance with PCI compliance regulations.<\/p>\n<h3>PERSONAL DETAILS<\/h3>\n<p>You agree that Bespoke by Dr Bejma can use your personal details for the purposes of providing you with medical services as well as providing pre- and post-treatment advice for you.<\/p>\n<p>This information may be provided to other clinical organisations and individuals (including your GP or Consultant or other relevant healthcare professionals) for the same purposes but only in connection with ongoing medical care.<\/p>\n<p>We may also use your contact details to provide you with occasional information about other services we provide or may provide in the future. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell us. If you do not tell us, we will assume you are happy to receive this information.<\/p>\n<h3>REFUSAL OF TREATMENTS<\/h3>\n<p>There are several reasons that we may consider that a treatment is not a suitable option for an individual and Bespoke by Dr Bejma has a strict patient selection criteria to ensure patients are medically fit to undergo a particular treatment. It is therefore possible that we advise, in your best medical interests, that a treatment is not appropriate. We will also not proceed with a procedure if we feel that your expectations exceed the results achievable from such treatments.<\/p>\n<h3>REFUND POLICY<\/h3>\n<p>If you are unable to complete a course of treatment due to medical reasons we would need to see a letter from the Doctor giving the reasons you cannot continue with treatment to consider a partial refund. We would not consider any refunds at all after 6 months from the purchase date.<\/p>\n<p>For any refunds there will be an admin fee of \u00a350.<\/p>\n<p>Bespoke by Dr Bejma does not give refunds for any products purchased or discounted packages.<\/p>\n<h3>CANCELLATION POLICY<\/h3>\n<p>We do understand if clients are unwell or have other commitments, but please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to rearrange an appointment. We reserve the right to charge for non-attendance or where cancellation is shorter than our policy. Our cancellation policy is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>For all appointments we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy with a fee of \u00a350<\/p>\n<p>For clients on a course of treatment who arrive late or fail to attend an appointment more than once or cancel outside of the cancellation policy time we reserve the right to deduct a course session from the client<\/p>\n<h3>WEBSITE INFORMATION<\/h3>\n<p>The information provided on this website is for use as information or for educational purposes only.
